B) Our stores are located in USA high end shopping mall, does it meet U.S. market standards? What materials are used? and quality assurance?
That’ s our advantage line, and many of our works get approval from prestigious shopping malls such as Westfield Mall in the UK/AU/ USA & CA. Even our design is not so creative as profesional design company, but pratical, and we are experienced to make the design to come true, same the design and suitable for US & EU market standard, including fire rated, electrical certification and other safty standard. Please check our materials list standard, you may also require the material brands & model, as you know China is the world’ s factory.
C) How can those big store display cabinets be safely shipped overseas?
We already shipped hundreds of store work from China to worldwide, US, EU & African with mature safety control system. Firstly, we use appropriate packaging materials for international transportation to ensure that the display cabinets are not damaged during transit. Secondly, Full Container Load (FCL) Shipping from China factory to shopfront is highly suggested, which is the saftest delivery method in the world. Lastly, our goods are all purchased with insurance (except for customers responsible for transportation). As long as you open the package and find any issues before signing and provide photo or video evidence, we will solve the problem to your satisfaction.
D) How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are very different, please send us city with zip to check. Normally 20ft container (for 15~25m³ goods ) is around US$3000 ~ US$4000 from China factory to main parts at EU & US, local delivery & customs fee is around US$1500 ~ US$2500 according to distance between store & port warehouse. Tax is suggested to pay by client’ s side which can be returned during your daily business. Of course, if you can order a 40HQ container (50~60m³ goods), it is the most cost effective solution because just US$1000~US$2000 freight added, but delivery volume is at least 2 times and you may also add other small items to load together, like your store products, phone accessories, cosmetics package, even your personal home accessories from China.
E) What is the installation process? How much is your installation service? Is installation guidance provided?
Our counters are almost 100% pre-installed and ready for use after unpacking. The main installation involves connecting power plugs and securing the counter on-site. We will provide customers with detailed installation guides, including visual
instructions, so that they can easily install the display counter following the instructions. If customers encounter any issues during the installation process, our technical support team will provide remote assistance to ensure a smooth installation.
