2.What is your company's main product?
Our product including gun safe, gun cabinet, fireproof safe, waterproof safe, home safe, jewelry safes, office safes, hotel safes, handgun safes, vault door and etc.
3.Do you accept customized product?
Yes, OEM/ODM orders is highly accepted. Customized Logo and design on mass production are acceptable.

4. How about the package? Could you print our Logo on the package?

Export standard package is plastic bag/bubble wrap +foam board +carton box. We could print your Logo on the package.

5.How can we place an order?

6. How about your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is one container, 20GP or 40HQ. 

7. Can I mix several models into one container?

Yes, it’s acceptable. You could mix at most 3 kinds of model in one 40’HQ.

8.What is the product delivery time?
7-35 days after order confirmed according to order quantity.
9.What payment do you accepted?
Generally 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before delivery or at the sight of copy B/L, or L/C at sight, or you may place an order on Cooig and pay through Cooig directly.
10.What port is closed to your factory?
It is close to NINGBO and SHANGHAI port.
11.How long time warranty of your products?

Usually we provide 1 year warranty from the date we send out the goods; If by sea shipping, then 13 months warranty.
