1. How long your production time? 

For mass order: 

If the goods are in stock, we can send you the goods within 2-3 days once we confirmed your payment;

If it is customized goods, the delivery time will be different based on products design, quantities, material, and if have special requests, please contact us for more exact details about delivery time.

For Sample:

Sample time normally will cost around 7-10 days for common customized products.

2. What is your MOQ?

MOQ for stock goods is 1pcs;

For customized products have small MOQ, around 10-1000pcs, based on your material, design and sizes, please contact for detailed information.

3. what is your sample fee policy?

Our stock samples can supplied to our customers for free for the quality checking, just freight cost prepaid or collected;

If you need to customize the sample, then it will cost around 30-50USD for common design, also freight cost prepaid or collected, please contact us for more details.

4.Which payment way is acceptable?

5. If you didnot receive goods or there are some damage on the goods that you have received, what you can do?
